2) Bank transfer to our business bank account.

A&J Entertainment Ltd (“the Agency”) provides services subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Agency Status
   The Agency acts solely as an introductory agency. All artistes supplied are self-employed and are individually responsible for their own tax and National Insurance contributions.
2. Scope of Liability
   These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Agency accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from a booking, except where a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the total booking fee paid directly to the Agency.
3. Contractual Relationship
   Upon the arrival of the artiste(s) at the event location, the contractual relationship exists directly between the client and the artiste(s).
4. Venue Details
   The client must provide a complete and accurate venue address. Failure to do so, resulting in the artiste(s) being unable to locate the venue, will lead to forfeiture of any fees paid or payable.
5. Zero Tolerance Policy
   The Agency enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of racial, verbal, or physical abuse towards its artiste(s). Any such behaviour will result in the immediate termination of services without refund. This policy also applies to any abusive conduct via telephone or electronic communication.
6. Client Contact Information
   The client must provide a valid and operational contact number for the day of the event. If the Agency or the artiste(s) are unable to contact the client and the booking cannot proceed as a result, all fees will be forfeited.
7. Music Requirements
   The artiste(s) will provide music via CD, USB, or smartphone. The client is responsible for supplying a suitable sound system for playback.
8. Payment to Artistes
   Any outstanding balance must be paid directly to the artiste(s) upon their arrival at the event.
9. Booking Fees
   All booking fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the unlikely event that the artiste(s) fail to attend, the Agency will refund the booking fee within 7 working days of the event date.
10. Cancellations
    Clients must notify the Agency of any cancellation as soon as possible. All cancellations will incur a charge equal to 100% of the booking fee.
11. Age Restrictions
    Where adult entertainment services are provided, both the client and all attendees must be aged 18 or over. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with this requirement.
12. Substitution of Artistes
    While every effort is made to provide the client’s preferred artiste(s), the Agency reserves the right to supply suitable replacements where necessary.
13. Complaints Procedure
    Any dissatisfaction must be reported to the Agency at the time of the event while the artiste(s) are still present. The Agency will make reasonable efforts to be available by telephone during the booking.
14. Artiste Conduct
    While the Agency takes reasonable care in selecting its artistes, it accepts no responsibility for their individual conduct.
